Class packages, drop-ins, memberships, and private lessons are subject to availability and the terms shown at the time of purchase.
Packages and credits may have expiration dates. Expired credits are not redeemable.
Recurring memberships and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Class schedules, instructors, and locations may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

3. Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged through our third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for purchases and, where applicable, recurring subscription fees. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, payments for classes and packages are non-refundable.

5. Studio Conduct and Safety

You agree to follow studio rules, treat instructors and other students with respect, and dance within your physical ability. We may refuse service or remove anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or harassing.

Dance involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that you take part voluntarily and at your own risk. Consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity.

7. Photography and Media

We may photograph or record classes, events, and socials for promotional purposes. If you do not want to appear in our media, please let an instructor know.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, logos, choreography materials, and images—is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamic Bachata LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
